ULISSES PENACHIO

MBA with focus on Business Law and a specialization course in Mediation, both granted by Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Post-graduate diploma (latu sensu) in Civil Procedure and Contract Law, and a post-graduate diploma (latu sensu) in Contracts with the Public Administration, both granted by Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais. Post-graduate diploma (latu sensu) in Civil Procedure Law obtained from CPPG at UniFMU.

Ulisses teaches in the post-graduate program in Real Estate Management at ESPM (School of Advertising and Marketing) and in the Rental Administration program at Universidade Secovi-SP. He also coordinates and teaches at the Real Estate Business program at Secovi-RS. He was a faculty member at Faculdade de Administração de Empresas da Universidade Santo Amaro/SERASA (College of Business Administration at Santo Amaro University) from 2002 to 2008.

Ulisses is also a member of the Urban Law Commission at OAB/SP (Brazilian Bar Association / São Paulo).

Mr. Penachio has worked at the law office of Duarte Garcia, Caselli Guimarães e Terra Advogados for five years. He was a co-founder at Navarro Advogados where he has collaborated with his expertise for 14 years as the leader of litigation matters.

Has broad experience in negotiations, advisory and litigation matters, acting before the courts and administrative authorities, with an emphasis on Public Law issues.

Contestant at the Real Estate Master Award in 2013. He participated in the Professionals category / Legal Solutions area, with the study “Viabilização de Empreendimentos Considerados Polos Geradores de Tráfego” (“Feasibility of Developments Considered Traffic Generating Hubs”, free translation), in reference to a development named “WTorre Plaza” (Torre Santander, JK Iguatemi Shopping).

HELDER MORONI CÂMARA

PhD, Master’s degree (LL.M) and Post-graduate diploma, granted by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo). MBA degree with focus on Business Law, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation). Mr. Câmara has over 20 years of experience representing domestic and foreign companies, from various fields, in civil and business litigation, as well as in business negotiations and corporate law, both in court and by arbitration ruling.

He was a guest faculty in the post-graduate programs at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Mackenzie Presbyterian University), teaching Business Law, and, previously, Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law. He also attends numerous conferences as a guest speaker, addressing a variety of legal topics.

ALBERTO MATTOS DE SOUZA

Post-graduate diploma in Real State Business, granted by Fundação Álvares Penteado – FAAP (Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation), and a certificate obtained from University of California. Currently, a Corporate Law LLM candidate at Insper (Institute of Education and Research).

Mr. Souza has worked for 8 years as Legal Director at LDI Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A., a holding company specializing in real state development (Lindencorp), shopping centers (REP), subdivisions (Cipasa) and construction (Construtora Adolpho Lindenberg). He has also worked for 4 years as Director at Harte Realty, a company specializing in real estate investments. Concurrently, he collaborated in the establishment and negotiation procedures of joint ventures, targeting real estate developers and shopping centers financed by private equity funds and REITs. During the development project of the Mais Shopping Largo 13, he coordinated all property acquisitions, as well as the establishment of a legal framework for raising funds from investors, and the alienation of stakeholders to funds managed by Banco Bradesco. Mr. Souza has also collaborated in M&As proceedings, especially in acquisition procedures at Cipasa and Construtora Adolpho Lindenberg.

FABIANA FITTIPALDI MORADE

Master in Comparative Labor Law by London College, University College Kensington, UCK. Specialist in Business Labor Law by Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Recommended as a “Leading lawyer in Labour & Employment”, by the publications Chambers Latin America, Who’s Who Legal and Análise Advocacia.

Fabiana has extensive experience in individual and collective Labor litigation on judicial and administrative spheres, and its prevention, as well as in developing employment corporate policies and strategies, including collective negotiations with Unions, in order to modernize labor relations and provide efficiency on organizational management. Fabiana is also specialist in labor due diligences for Merger and acquisitions transactions.

Member of the committee of Labor and Pensions of the Centro de Estudos de Sociedades de Advocacia (CESA) law firms association.

Alessandra’s actuation is emphasided in Public Law practices in connection, but not limited, to public management and public policies, public biddings, public contracts, public server´s matters, legislative process and related technics, internal and external controls to the Public Administration.
