HELDER MORONI CÂMARA
PhD, Master’s degree (LL.M) and Post-graduate diploma, granted by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo). MBA degree with focus on Business Law, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation). Mr. Câmara has over 20 years of experience representing domestic and foreign companies, from various fields, in civil and business litigation, as well as in business negotiations and corporate law, both in court and by arbitration ruling.
He was a guest faculty in the post-graduate programs at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Mackenzie Presbyterian University), teaching Business Law, and, previously, Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law. He also attends numerous conferences as a guest speaker, addressing a variety of legal topics.
Arbitrator at Mediation and Arbitration Chamber from São Paulo´s Commercial Chamber.
Member and legal coordinator at the Real Estate Brazilian Institute – Ibradim. Member of the Center for Procedure Advanced Studies – CEAPRO. Member of the Corporate Law Brazilian Institute – Ibrademp. Member of the Judicial Recovery and Bankruptcy Commission at the Brazilian Lawyers´ Institute – IASP.
Author of “Os Negócios Jurídicos Processuais – Condições, Elementos e Limites” (Contracts Procedure – Conditions, Elements and Limits), published by pela Editora Almedina and “A Nova Adjudicação na Execução Civil” (The New Adjudication in Civil Judgement, free translation), published by Editora Conceito.
